Industrial relations is basically the relationships between business and markets and governments industrial relations); relationship between labour / bussiness / government. All of the providers are good but none are accurate nor will they ever be. If you are thinking of using the site, The rules are not clearly defined. They can make up rules on the spot and there is nothing you can do. How can you use a site that does not define the rules and you only find out after you have lost your money. Their rules say "You never have to walk away empty handed from Buy Now auctions." which clearly is not true. In fact, they sent me an email of several other restrictions of what is possible with Buy Now none of which are defined on the website. E.g. "If you elect to buy Merchandise directly by selecting the “Buy Now” option you are making an offer to us to purchase the Merchandise. No contract for the purchase of Merchandise will come into existence until we have reviewed and accepted your order. We may decline an order where we believe that we have reasonable grounds for doing so. We will notify you whether we have accepted or declined your order as soon as we are able to do so." I interpret that as saying they can do whatever they like.
